RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY


Disclaimer

Before returning the parcel, customers should ensure the items are as below:

  • Unworn/unwashed
  • With tags attached
  • Ensure the parcel is packed nicely before sending it back to us.

We only accept exchange items within 3 days of receiving.

Products that are not eligible for return / refund request:

  • Sales, promotion and discount items.
  • Products that are not in the original selling condition
  • Gift boxes and  packaging materials
  • Damaged, soiled, washed, altered, and worn item(s) are not returnable by any chance.
  • Accessories products
  • Pre-order item(s)

Delivery Charge

  • Please note that courier charges for your return package will NOT be covered by tiqa.co
  • Please obtain a delivery receipt from courier company of your choice or record your tracking number to trace your return package if it reaches our boutique.
  • Tiqa.co will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or product (s) handled by courier company of your choice.
  • You may return to our boutique in person.

Return/Exchange Policy


1. Defect Items

Customers are allowed to return their defective items within 3 days of receiving them. Before returning the items, please ensure you have contacted us.

Customers will get the replacement of the item subject to availability.

2. Wrong Item / Size

If you have received the wrong item or size, kindly DM us on our Instagram, @tiqa.co or contact us through WhatsApp and our team will assist you. Please provide us with your Order ID and the correct order.

For customers who wish to change their items due to sizes error by customers, there will be an extra charge of RM10 for shipping. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability.

Customers will need to send the item back to us.


3. Missing Parcel

For missing parcels, customers are advised to contact the courier service. You may contact us for your tracking number and we will assist you accordingly.


Refund policy

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for purchasing and supporting us. There is no refund payment, however, if you receive any defective items or dislike the item upon receiving them, you will get a store credit or exchange them with another available in-store item.

Before returning the item, please ensure the clothes are:

  • Unworn/unwashed
  • With tags attached
  • Ensure the parcel is packed nicely before sending it back to us.
  • If you are unhappy with the purchased made , you may send it back to us or come visit the store and replace it with another item that has the same price or an item that costs slightly higher but need to add an additional cash according to the price vary.
